Nutrition plays a crucial role in sports and exercise performance. If you are a highly active individual or preparing for your next physical feat, working with a registered dietitian to learn how to meet your body's needs can be very helpful for performance and recovery.

Are you struggling with food rules, restrictions and guilt? Are you tired of yo-yo dieting and feeling confused about how, what and when to eat? It can be challenging to navigate nutrition in our diet-obsessed culture. With the help of a dietitian, you will learn the basics of nutrition education and how to cultivate a more positive relationship with food and your body. Your dietitian will utilize the principles of Intuitive Eating to help you listen to your body’s internal cues vs. the restrictive demands of diet culture.
